A Commentary on the David Petraeus Affair

Sad and Disgusting

There is not much to be added to the voluminous news reports on the issues surrounding the resignation of CIA head David Petraeus.  It is truly a tragedy.  It does not appear that national security was compromised.  It does appear that the people involved were incredibly stupid and inconsiderate of their duty to the nation.  All in involved are to be condemned by public opinion to the maximum extent possible.
